Damages & Product Issues
We pack every order with great care to ensure it reaches you safely. In the rare event that you receive:

A damaged product

The wrong item

Incorrect size or design

An incomplete order
Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sharing photos of the product and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at the earliest.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered

All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
Return Process

Initiate your return request through our Return/Exchange Portal within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will schedule a pickup for the products.

Once the returned item passes our quality check, a refund or exchange will be processed.

20% of the order value will be deducted for return shipping & handling (only for refunds).

Refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed to the original payment method.

For COD orders, please share your bank details for the refund. COD charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect after approval.
Items found used, tampered, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return/refund.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
To cancel, email us at info@artxdesigns.com.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made and personalized items (including artworks created from your photos) are:

Non-cancelable

Non-refundable

Non-exchangeable

Not eligible for COD
They can only be replaced if received damaged or incorrect.
For hand-painted artwork orders, cancellations are allowed only within 48 hours of placing the order.
Bulk Orders
Orders above ₹10,000 fall under bulk order category.

Bulk orders are non-returnable & non-refundable

Only defective/damaged pieces may be replaced

Shipping timelines may vary based on order size and will be confirmed during purchase
Exchanges
Need a different product or size?
Simply return the original item via our return process, and once approved, place a new order for the required product.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about approval status.
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
